MOTEL POLICIES

30% Deposit required. Personal checks accepted on deposits made 2 weeks in advance.
Balance due on arrival in cash, travelers checks or money order. Personal checks will not be accepted for payment of final balance.
Deposits refunded if notified in writing two weeks in advance of arrival date subject to a 25% service charge.
Deposits not transferable to future reservations or persons other than original contractor.
No refunds due to weather or early check-out.
Reservations held until 5pm unless otherwise notified.
Children in diapers must wear swim diapers strictly enforced!
Rates listed apply only to advanced reservations. Rates subject to NJ Tax.
Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of all amounts prepaid.
One parking space per unit, Strictly enforced.
No towels or clothing on railings.
No roller-blading on premises.

Deposits not received within 10 days will result in automatic cancellation. Return check fee $25.00
Two (2) keys & remote deposit aF $20.00 required.
Security deposit at check in - Credit Card.
Confirmation issued upon request.
Extra persons rate charged for complete time. Visiting guests using pool & facilities charged same rate as extra person.
